This February the first sustainable municipal sports center in Madrid was inaugurated.
With a total area of 10,500m2 spread over 3 floors below ground level and 4 floors plus a roof terrace – solarium, it has a façade made of translucent material that allows natural light to enter the interior. It incorporates a solar energy collection system and energy autonomy. A system has also been incorporated to collect water for own use and obtained from the condensation process for recycling, reuse and consumption.
