Agüero has had the privilege of participating in the installations of the comprehensive renovation of the Parking (Telpark) located in the Plaza del Carmen in Madrid. The renovation has resulted in 309 parking spaces that occupy an area of more than 15,000 m2. On the surface, a complete remodeling of the plaza (6,700 m2) has also been carried out. Specifically, the following installations have been carried out:
Medium Voltage: Transformation Center installed power two 800 kVA transformers and reserve for a third of equal potential
Low Voltage: Installations of panels, lines, lighting, lines for charging electric vehicles for parking and spaces.
Mechanical: Ventilation installation, total ventilation flow 206,000 m3. Air conditioning installations for common parking areas, ticket office, servers.
PCI installations both extraction, BIES and fire detection.
Wiring for special installations of access control, CCTV, communications
