We have recently completed the electrical installation of the newly remodeled CATALONIA PLAZA DE ESPAÑA HOTEL & SPA, located on the same Gran Vía in Madrid next to the Plaza de España.
The hotel has 12 floors above ground, a covered terrace and two floors below ground in a total constructed area of almost 10,000m2. It has 165 rooms and a 540 m2 wellness center, with a swimming pool, ice cabin and hydrotherapy, among other services. The low voltage and photovoltaic installation has been carried out.
