We recently completed the installation project at the Universal Music Hotel and the adjacent Teatro Albéniz, a historic Madrid theater that had been closed for so long and reopened to the public last November with the premiere of Antonio Banderas’s play, Company. The new 5-star hotel has 130 rooms and is Universal Music’s first in Spain. All low- and medium-voltage electrical installations, as well as any related special installations, were completed. We thank the construction company Espirea for entrusting us with this landmark project.
