We have recently completed the electricity, air conditioning, plumbing, PCI ventilation and special installations for the new Casa de las Artes Meliá Collection Hotel. It is the result of a comprehensive remodeling of the old Tryp Atocha that the construction company OHLA has carried out in three phases. The new 4* hotel has 137 rooms and is located in the historic center of Madrid, between Atocha and Moratín streets, less than 5 minutes from the Antón Martín metro station and very close to the Prado Museum and the Atocha Train Station.
